Comprehensive Candida Albicans Database

NIDCR grantees recently launched a comprehensive database on the human fungal pathogen Candida albicans . Called the Candida Genome Database, this new online resource is freely available to all members of the research community. The database provides comprehensive literature curration that complements existing sequence-based annotation and provides centralized information, such as a gene-name registry, for the Candida research community. It will soon also offer a more extensive set of sequence retrieval and analysis tools. The database was described in detail in a recent special issue of the journal Nucleic Acids ResearchRead more about the database or visit the Canadida Genome Database web siteExternal Web Site Policy
