Highlighted Topics
NIH is using highlighted topics as a way to inform the research community about particular areas of scientific interest to NIH. Highlighted topics include timely, new, and/or emerging research priority areas for applicants to consider when they are developing an investigator-initiated application in response to one of the NIH Parent Funding Announcements or another broad NIH opportunity on Grants.gov.
