|David Bradley, Ph.D.
|Dr. Bradley is responsible for oversight and performance of the NIDCR Technology Transfer Program, including customer service for investigators, adherence to policy and legal requirements, and mission objectives of the Division of Intramural Research. Dr. Bradley represents NIDCR, both within and outside the NIH, on matters concerning technology transfer.|
|Lawrence Wu, Ph.D.
Technology Development Specialist
|Dr. Wu negotiates transactional agreements such as Material Transfer Agreements and CRADAs for NIDCR. He helps manage the Employee Invention Report evaluation process, providing a private sector perspective geared toward technology development. Dr. Wu interfaces with extramural partners, representing NIDCR, during negotiations.|
|Yun Mei, MD
|Dr. Mei performs pre-screening of inventions at NIDCR, including assessments of patentability. Dr. Mei advises the Director, OTTIA on patenting matters, prepares patent portfolio analysis, and helps prioritize unlicensed inventions for marketing purposes.|
|Mr. Ponce manages administrative office manager tasks, and assists in database management and data entry. Mr, Ponce is the point of contact for initial technology transfer requests.|
