Eligibility Candidates must have an advanced degree in a quantitative area of science or engineering (e.g. M.S.E.E., Ph.D., D.Sc.) and have a sponsoring institution and mentor. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, non-citizen nationals, or permanent residents at the time of award. |
